Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging along with all tags, boxes, and accessories.
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Size & Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing may vary. We offer size exchanges subject to product availability. Requests for exchange must be made within 2 days of delivery.
If the requested size is not available, we may offer store credit or provide alternative product options.
Unboxing Proof
We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us resolve any issues related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products more efficiently.
While this is not mandatory, the absence of proof may delay the resolution process in certain cases.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange the return shipment at no cost to you.
For size exchanges or other reasons, a nominal return shipping fee may be applicable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative for faster resolution.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging and accessories. Requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible.
